About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Lead migration efforts from legacy systems (e.g., Lotus Notes) to various versions of SharePoint.
- Create and maintain detailed design documents.
- Utilize PowerShell for automation and management tasks.
- Execute SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate.
- Develop workflows and solutions using SharePoint Designer.
- Troubleshoot complex issues within the SharePoint environment.
- Manage multiple applications and projects simultaneously.
- Produce comprehensive documentation and perform detailed analyses.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong development experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Proven migration experience from legacy systems to SharePoint.
- Proficiency in creating design documents.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools, specifically ShareGate.
- Competence with SharePoint Designer.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Farm architectures, Office 365, and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills within SharePoint environments.
- Ability to multi-task across various projects and applications.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Can work in evening shift
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
- Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Familiarity with Exchange and Teams.
- Proficiency in web development technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Overall experience 8-10 year 4 to 5 years managing a large scale O365 hybrid environment.
- Certified in Power platform.
- A Master s degree and Microsoft Certification a plus
- Previous Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience is required
