Sheet Metal Mechanic at Talascend

Talascend is currently seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic for a contract opportunity located in Greenville, SC.

OVERVIEW: 

• Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
• F-16 Production line structures and assembly. Installing fasteners, drilling bulkheads, skins, and building up fuselage components. Heavy Precision drilling, Countersinking, and reaming precision holes.
• Most be actively drilling precision holes on aircraft!
• Must be able to work any shift 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3:00amWeekend Shift- Thurs-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm. Most likely be prepared to work off-shifts Second or weekends
• Skills: Aircraft production structures experience Sheet Metal Precision Drilling Aircraft Sheet Metal Repairs Blueprint Reading
