**Pay Rate:** $25-$35 per hour (Based on experience)

**Responsibilities:**
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment.
- Operate and maintain various sheet metal machinery such as shears, brakes, punches, and drills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and product specifications to determine the sequence of operations and dimensions of finished products.
- Measure, cut, bend, and form metal components to required specifications.
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and other metal structures.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair sheet metal-related issues as they arise.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a sheet metal mechanic or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to sheet metal work.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions and heights.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
