- Oversee product deliveries and receiving processes
Lead next to your team - People Management
- Assist where needed to maintain guest service standards
- Uphold cleanliness and quality assurance standards
- Memorize recipes, specs, and food expiration dates
- Maintain equipment and adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Set a good example by following image standards daily
