Shift Lead/Manager Coach at Manpower

Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Full-time hours, BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Managing Coach to join their team. As a Managing Coach, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the associates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in customer service.

Job Title: Managing Coach

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $17.75 per hour
Hours: FRI/SAT/SUN/MON 7AM - 5:30PM

What's the Job?

• Must be able to stand and walk the production floor for hours at a time to monitor performance and coach contingent workers and providing support on the production line.
• Attend all department stand up meetings with Operations at the start of each shift to build better communication and visibility
• Show presence to assist with associates' concerns immediately to prevent congestion in the lobby area.
• Provide onboarding and training support to contingent workers
• Ensure contingent workers are provided with the appropriate meal and rest periods required by law

What's Needed?

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer service
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for a full 10 hour sift.
