Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations, running the daily shifts on the floor and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and leading/coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced RestaurantChick-fil-AChick-fil-A
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
