Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shift Manager in all aspects of shift operations
- Train and supervise Team Members
- Maintain financial and statistical records
- Handle guest complaints and queries
- Maximize profitability and productivity
- Motivate Team Members to meet sales goals
- Set and achieve sales goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with management
- Assist the Shift Manager in safely opening or closing the store
- Manage all cash-handling procedures
