Shipping Clerk - PrideStaff

PrideStaff is currently seeking a 1st shift Shipping Clerk for a client located in Rockford, IL. 

The purpose of this positin is to schedule and process shipment of quality products to the customers on time and in a professional manner.  Flexible hours during the week when required. ** This positon is to start the 1st or 2nd week of November!**

10 hour shifts x 4 days
Must be available for OT!

1st shift - 3:00am-1:00pm Mon-Thurs
$20.01 - $27.50 per hour DOE
 

Job duties:   To pick, package, schedule and ship quality products to customers on time and in a professional manner.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

Qualification requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of Forklift experience (sit down and
  
  stand up)
• Excellent computer skills
• Scheduling daily truck or UPS pick-ups
• Print interpretation
• Exceptional attendance is required, must be punctual and coordinate days off with team to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Accurate on-time shipments
• Ability to complete shipment in efficient matter with no errors
• Verifying paperwork matches before submitting to the forklift driver for the material to be loaded onto the truck
• Follow standard work instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
