Hours: Monday-Friday | 7 am till 3:30 pm (1/2-hour lunch)
Location: Hatboro, PA
Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr. (depending on experience)

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Duties:
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of shipping & receiving responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing shipment
- Receive incoming goods
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure inventory levels are properly managed
- Prepare shipment by labeling, documenting, and scheduling with carriers
- Arrange and track shipment, while communicating with carries to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any shipping issues
- Receive an inspect incoming shipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
- Unload trucks and ensure that all good are properly stored in the warehouse
- Record and manage all incoming inventory in the company database
- Communicate with vendors regarding any discrepancies or damaged goods
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate Forklift, pallet jacks, and additional warehouse equipment
- Additional warehouse duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving
- Forklift certified (6000 lbs.) capacity
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
