About the Job
Adecco is hiring for a shipping and receiving specialist! This role's primary responsibility is taking full responsibilities for the shipping and receiving department by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes and work independently. Mandarin Speaking is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
Preparing shipping includes generating shipping documents, packing and shipping out on time and meeting vendor requirements.
Maintain shipping record and documentation.
Wok with closely cross department and external stakeholders
Communicating effectively with shippers, carriers, and their internal team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
Maintain receiving log and packing list.
Organize inventory and conduct physical inventory count periodically.
Keep track inventory and record to ensure the record are accurate and send physical inventory report to HQ weekly.
Reconcile item shipped and received report with HQ monthly.
Need to work at night sometime.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages as needed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Associate degree or above
Mandarin Speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
Experience for implement ERP dynamic 365.
Mandarin speaking is must
Pay Details: $31.00 to $40.00 per hour
