Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a skilled team in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, with a focus on John Deere and similar equipment.
• Oversee daily operations in the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions.
• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with individuals and groups.
• Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Forklift License preferred.
