Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled team in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, with a focus on John Deere and similar equipment.
- Oversee daily operations in the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions.
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with individuals and groups.
- Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Forklift License preferred.
