Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1) Facilitate Property Showings:
- Schedule and conduct showings of available properties for prospective buyers. Ensure all showings run smoothly and are well-organized.
2) Coordinate Buyer Tours:
- Plan and execute buyer tours, keeping them on track and ensuring all properties are visited as scheduled.
- Communicate tour details clearly to clients.
3) Engage with Customers:
- Interact with clients during property tours to gauge their interest and gather feedback.
- Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the properties.
4) Assist Lead Agent:
- Collaborate with the lead agent to identify and suggest homes that match clients criteria and preferences.
- Provide insights based on client feedback to refine property recommendations.
5) Promote Business Development:
- Participate in office initiatives to promote business growth during downtimes.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and networking opportunities.
6) Professional Development:
- Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Real Estate Agent.
- Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and industry best practices.
7) Follow-Up on Viewings:
- Provide timely follow-up with clients post-viewing to collect feedback and share relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate license
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze clients needs and wants and match them to homes
