Zone4 is seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead on-site construction activities across the country with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality. As a Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently while adhering to company values. You will play a critical role in coordinating work, managing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of job site safety and performance.

- Ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed on-site at all times.
- Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and adjust as necessary for weather, supply deliveries, and personnel.
- Delegate responsibilities to crew members and sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor the safe and effective use of tools, machinery, and equipment on site.
- Uphold quality control standards and ensure work meets company expectations.
- Quickly and professionally resolve conflicts or communication issues on site.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the project manager.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel as required for the job 100% of the time.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.
- Equipment Certifications (Forklift/Scissor lift, etc.), is highly preferred.
- Ability to work heights.
- Ability to read blueprints and layout according to plans.
- Ability to work in all seasons and environments, hot and cold.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience installing storage rack systems, conveyors, and automation systems.
