Responsibilities
+ Manages site activities
+ Manages the execution of site operations to ensure that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner
+ Administrates operations and activities to detect unsafe conditions or actions and takes action to correct them
+ Meets with the project manager regularly to ensure deadlines are being met
+ Ensures all work complies with company and government regulations
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
+ Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
+ Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies
+ The candidate will be responsible for communicating requirements, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with staff, teammates, and corporate resources
+ The candidate will be responsible for performance management, financial management, and employee morale initiatives
+ The candidate will provide analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise
+ The candidate must be able to research, identify, and make recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
+ The candidate must also gather, process, and analyze operational data
+ The candidate must Identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes
Qualifications
+ Maintenance supervisory experience with teams greater than 20 people is required
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
+ Must have a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma and 9 years of applicable experience
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
+ Possess or obtain a US Passport
Desired Qualifications:
+ U.S. Air Force rotary wing maintenance experience preferredProduction and Quality control experience is preferred
