What You'll Do:
- On-Site Management: Ensure our properties meet the highest standards of care and compliance with Housing Authority policies, federal regulations, and state statutes.
- Resident Support: Guide and mentor residents on occupancy standards, lease regulations, and maintenance practices, helping them succeed in their housing programs.
- Property Oversight: Show properties to prospective tenants, assist with lease execution, and ensure a smooth move-in process.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct housing quality inspections, handle minor maintenance tasks, and educate residents on submitting work orders.
- Tenant Assistance: Address tenant needs proactively and resolve issues, including emergencies, with compassion and professionalism, even outside of regular hours.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate records, collect rent payments, and document all lease-related actions promptly. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and team members to foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
- Free Rent: Live where you work, with rent fully covered.

- Knowledge of LIHTC and proficiency with relevant software.
