Site Permit Coordinator
The Permit Coordinator is primarily responsible for aiding the engineering team with the administrative and logistical requirements associated with the permit acquisition process.
This role includes
- Working with jurisdictions to provide required documentation, information, and forms
- Communicating with staff to progress towards a permit approval
- Tracking projects in all phases of development (Site Feasibility and Assessment, Due Diligence, Design and Permitting, Development and Construction, and Project Closeout), and compiling data for review
The role requires
- Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience
- A background in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development is preferred
- Strong communication
- Analytical, and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and anticipate project needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam.
- A valid driver's license, and limited travel may be requested.
