The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science and five (3) years of exposure to EHS activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- OSHA 30 hours certification, General or Construction Industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Good analytical skills.
- Willing to relocate.
- Experience in:
- Development and delivery of training and training tools.
- Risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Environmental compliance, permitting, and pollution prevention.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS plans that support project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular safety inspections and assessments to help identify potential hazards and risks.
- Support contractors and project teams in ensuring compliance with EHS standards and procedures.
- Contribute to risk management efforts, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementing control measures.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of safety training programs to enhance project personnel’s knowledge and skills.
- Monitor safety performance data and support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure progress.
- Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and assist with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging employee engagement and awareness in safety initiatives.
- Assist with liaising between the project team and regulatory agencies or external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Provide general support to project teams on EHS matters, including compliance and emergency response assistance.
- Help maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure timely incident response.
