Muschlitz Excavating, LLC, a leader in the Heavy Civil Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to join our accomplished team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on heavy earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving. - Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise multiple crews on a project, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results.
- Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide project execution.
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving.
- Strong ability to manage multiple crews effectively and maintain project timelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
- Committed to safety and fostering a team-oriented work environment.
- Proficient with GPS Rover technology.
- At least 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- OSHA 30 Hour Training certification is a plus.
