Skilled Laborer - Gpac

Gpac is looking for a highly motivated individual to join a Family Owned and Operated Company. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about the construction field and enjoy hands-on work. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Move and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate power tools and machinery under supervision
• Assist with the installation of scaffolding and temporary structures
• Perform basic carpentry tasks and repairs as needed

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Effective communication skills to work well within a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on various tasks

Skills:

• 1+ years of laborer experience in construction
• Clean driving record
• Proficiency in operating common construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Knowledge of basic carpentry and masonry skills
