Job Description
Responsible for operating and maintaining Juki equipment that places electronic components onto circuit boards. The role involves setting up, operating, programming, and troubleshooting the equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Operating equipment: Using Juki SMT machines to solder electrical components onto circuit boards
+ Maintaining equipment: Servicing and repairing the SMT machine
+ Quality control: Inspecting final products and recording data output
+ Following schedules: Meeting production schedules and daily quotas
+ Setting up orders: Setting up new orders and programming the equipment
+ Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting basic problems with the equipment

+ Electronics expertise
+ Manual dexterity
+ Eye-hand coordination
+ Ability to perform repetitive actions
+ Accuracy
+ Teamwork
+ Computer competence (Windows)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ year of experience in SMT operation
+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions (Redbook - they are not fully digital yet)
+ Open to helping out in other departments and cross-training (MUST)
+ Ability to stand for the entire shift
+ Computer knowledge (Windows)
+ Able to work independently
+ Use of small hand tools and identify tools
+ Able to lift 20-30 lbs.
+ Juki SMT equipment experience (Nice to have)
Work Environment
The work environment is a smaller shop that is very clean and temperature controlled. The team consists of 17 employees on the floor. Employees will receive one 30-minute break for lunch and two 10-minute breaks during the workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
