About the Job
- Create and post content for a company's social media accounts, including short-form copy like captions, tweets, and status updates, and long-form articles.
- Develop a social media strategy that aligns with the company's business and marketing strategy.
- Build and moderate social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.
- Develop and manage the brand's social media identity.
- Create new social marketing campaigns and plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like link clicks and likes and analyze trends and competitor performance.
- Analyze online traffic statistics and marketing data.
- Update social media content across all channels
- Stay up to date with social media trends
- Seek opportunities for business publications
- Seek opportunities for Company staff to serve on business panels
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3 years of experience as a marketing/social media manager or a similar role
- Experience creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Physical Requirements

Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
