Title: - Social Media CoordinatorLocation: 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N300,Indianapolis, IN 46204Interview:- Webcam OnlyThe CRC Communications Coordinator position will provide coordination andsupport to the following state cultural commissions located with the IndianaCivil Rights Commission:- The Indiana Commission for Women (ICW) seeks to understand the needs ofIndiana women and their families by working to remove barriers that hinderwomen's participation by increasing awareness of the state of women and theirfamilies and the issues they face.- The Indiana Commission on the Social Status of Black Males (ICSSBM) studiesthe social conditions of the state's Black males studies the social conditionsof the state's black male population, develops strategies to remedy or assist inimprove the educational, social, economic, employment, and other circumstancesfor Hoosiers.- The Indiana Commission on Hispanic and Latino Affairs (ICHLA) is anon-partisan state agency that identifies, measures, and reviews programs,legislation, and researches challenges and opportunities affecting theHispanic/Latino community.- The Indiana Native American Indian Affairs Commission (INAIAC) ultimatelyseeks to bring the Native American community together, help identify and provideopportunities to the Native American people, and enhance social, cultural,community and economic development in Indiana.Position duties include the following:1. Social media: content creation; graphics; social listening2. Website content management3. Meeting minutes and notices4. Event coordination: administrative; photography; Black Barbershop HealthInitiative5. Outreach assistance and event coordination6. Meeting setup/coordination: Subcommittee meetings-coordination andnote-taking7. Indiana Commission for Women – Torchbearer Awards8. Other tasks as assignedProject-based duties:1. Partnership databases for: Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairspartner organizations; license plate recipient database for Indiana NativeAmerican Indian Affairs Commission; Indiana Commission for Women – women’sorganizations and programs2. Grant program coordination for the Indiana Commission on Hispanic/LatinoAffairs grants3. Organization of shared drive4.
