About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts across various clients, including scheduling posts, designing engaging graphics and reels, and driving influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in monitoring trends, responding to audience interactions, and delivering insightful monthly analytics reports. The candidate should be skilled in leveraging customer insights, social algorithms, and content strategies to maximize the reach of organic content.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage social media posts for various clients across multiple platforms.
Create engaging social media graphics and video reels tailored to each client’s needs.
Research and design influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to comments and interactions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and present detailed monthly analytics reports for each client, tracking social media performance and growth.
Stay up-to-date with trending topics and social media trends to ensure relevant content for each client.
Conduct internal research to align content strategies with company goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite for scheduling and post management.
Expertise in TikTok and CapCut for creating and editing short-form video content.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign for designing social media graphics.
Experience with Canva for quick and efficient design projects.
Part Time:
Tuesday-Thursday
Hours: 10am-5pm
