The Role
As the Social Media Marketing Manager at Synapse Virtual Production, you will be responsible for launching our social media channels and developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Your key responsibilities include managing the company's social media channels, creating and curating compelling content, and monitoring social media trends to keep our strategies fresh and relevant. You will work closely with the business leads and production teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives. This role requires expertise in analytics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data insights, and report on key metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for community management, fostering a positive and interactive relationship with our audience, and responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for digital marketing will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong online presence for Synapse Virtual Production.
Responsibilities
- Guide Social Media strategy and provide strategic vision across all Social Media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, X, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and engaging online presence.
- Create and collaborate with production and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and copy.
- Manage timelines and social content calendars to develop and meet Social Media strategy requirements.
- Establish primary KPIS for social media campaigns, measure performance and use data to make informed optimization recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating comprehensive reports on their outcomes and offering recommendations for future promotional strategies to the leadership team.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing efforts with the company’s brand identity and values.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of marketing experience focused on social media management and/or content creation.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc. as well as social media content creation apps.
- Highly proficient in social media support tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite,etc.)
- Proficiency with Hubspot.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience leading & managing social media teams.
- Preferred - knowledge of AI innovations for faster workflows.
