What You’ll Do: 

• Be the welcoming face: Lead the admission process by completing admission packets for each new resident, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into our care.
• Support the team: Assist our Social Services Directors with a variety of tasks to ensure residents receive the social, emotional, and psychological care they need.
• Champion communication: Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the care team, making sure everyone is informed and supported.
• Stay organized: Keep resident records updated and accurate, helping to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Grow and learn: Take on new challenges as assigned, growing your skillset and knowledge in the world of healthcare.
