What You Can Expect:
- Works as consultant, educator, or community liaison to facilitate collaborative coordination of patient care
- Responds to patient and family needs and acts as an advocate
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors' Degree
- Experience: 2 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Experience preferred in social work, developmental disabilities, child protection, care coordination in a medical system, interacting with a care team to include doctors, nurses or school systems and IEPS
Our pediatric team has more than 150 skilled pediatricians and pediatric specialists, including a full-service hospitalist program who work with providers from around the region to provide high quality care to more than 100,000 pediatric patients annually. Additionally, we have a Level IV NICU and a 13-bed PICU, the first in the state of Idaho. St. Luke's Children's Hospital is also developing a pediatric trauma program.
