Job Details
- Location: Palo Alto, CA (Zip Code: 94304-1601)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts; includes 4 weekend days over the 26-week assignment
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2830 - $3040
- Valid MSW license
- Experience in organ transplant social work preferred
- Availability for the specified schedule, including four weekend shifts over the assignment period
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
- Provide emotional and logistical support to organ transplant patients and their families
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in coordinating resources and services for patients
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
