Job Requisition ID #24WD79067Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join the Licensing Compliance team in the US
This Engineering Manager will be managing high-performing engineering scrum teams that builds and supports Compliance platform services and components that powers non-compliance detection and identification for Desktop and cloud Autodesk products
The platforms has a direct impact to top-line revenue of the company.ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, manage, motivate and career development of talented, highly productive engineering teamsOwn your team’s technical strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with product managers and business stakeholdersWork with your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture and help drive decisionsBuild and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the tools and motivation to make things happenRelentlessly push for good Engineering Practices and innovationClosely collaborate with other teams, architects and product owners to accomplish cross-organizational project goalsMinimum Qualifications3 years of experience and interest in managing highly performing and talented team of engineersBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the fieldStrong experience building and managing Cloud platforms, preferably AWSStrong experience with client-server technologies and stacks such as Java, Python, C++, Jenkins, GitHubProven experience with Scrum and agile development processes and methodologiesStrong experience working with remote teams on collaborating towards a common goalLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $145,800 and $235,950
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range
