About the Job
The Software Engineer will work as part of the software/DevOps team to develop customized Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) for clients in the material-handling, conveying, warehouse automation, AS/RS and AGV/robotics industries. The core product is an industry-leading and modular software solution that manages material flow and warehouse management processes faster and more efficiently. The modular capabilities allow users to quickly integrate and deploy software that improve operational processes. The Software Engineer will play a crucial role in development, execution and deployment.
This position can be hybrid, but the Software Engineer should live within 100 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time permanent position. No sponsorship or corp-to-corp.

What will your day look like?
- Involvement in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Take requirements from an SA/Azure and break it into smaller tasks to complete deliverables
- Documentation of all changes being made and update based off the implementation
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Support the startup and growth of a new company
What are we looking for?
- Business or technical degree in computer science or a similar field
- 3+ years experience with C# software engineering
- Experience with HTTP, Javascript (REACT), JSON, and Node Javascript
- Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST
- Experience with API integration
- Proven portfolio of projects
- Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred
- Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams through multiple pieces of the SDLC
- Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes is highly preferred
