We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to add to our existing software development team and contribute to the success of our development projects. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying solutions in concert with the in-house and subcontractor development team, as well as adding structure to our process.

Software Engineer Responsibilities:
Analyze project requirements and develop the architecture for consumer-oriented components.
Oversee portions of the development process, collaborate with team members to integrate, deploy solutions, and collaborate in technical decision making.
Document and oversee implementation of best practices for internal development team.
Software Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or similar/related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience on an Agile product development project as a developer.
- Proficiency in C# or TypeScript/React
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Strong self-guided problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt to changing project needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Software Engineer Preferences:
- Familiarity with agile (Scrum) development cycles and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with back-end development and computer networking.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience working with frameworks such as Next, React, Vue
- Any amount of product management or team management experience
- Familiarity with:
