Job Description:

As an ML Systems Engineer, you will play a fundamental role in building our state-of-the-art AI applications. You will get a chance to tackle challenging problems at the cutting edge of machine learning research and development and to collaborate with leading machine learning researchers and engineers.

Your goal is to make seamless software for creating, improving, and putting in production large-scale deep learning models. You will have the opportunity to define major aspects of our products: you'll be expected to take on difficult problems without clear solutions and to design, build, and iterate until we've reached elegant solutions that delight our customers.

Requirements

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong Python programmer
• Experience with numerical computing in Python, e.g., NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience building, designing, and documenting libraries/APIs
• Experience developing with containerization framework (e.g., Docker, Singularity)
• Excited about building systems to enable machine learning at scale
• 6+ years of experience designing and developing production software for production settings

Preferred

• Familiarity with modern deep learning software ecosystems
• Familiarity with distributed and concurrent computing
• Familiarity with hardware performance, HPC, and/or scientific computing, e.g., CUDA, MPI
• Graduate degree (or bachelor's degree with relevant experience) in computer science or a related field

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $128,000.00 - $295,000.00
