Solutions Architect , Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD and H4EAD)

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Interview Type: Both Web Cam and In-Person Interview

Candidate Preference: Local to Richmond, VA or nearby areas.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Enterprise Architecture: Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution-level architectural designs.
Agile/Scrum: Experience with SAFe architecture and working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Application Integration: Experience overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Process Modeling: Develop business process models and data maps to support solution design.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms for solutions.
Integration Architecture: Oversee the integration of applications across different business units and systems.
Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices.
- Competency with XML constructs and schemas.
- Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas (SOAP, REST).
- Knowledge of relational database design and management.
Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team environment.
- Good project management skills and/or experience with project-based work structures.
