Are You Up to the Challenge?
Put your knowledge of technology and management consulting services to work in a consultative solutions and selling environment. As the Solutions Director, you will ensure the successful proposal and capture of consulting services and projects awarded through direct business development and sales efforts. You will arrange and participate in meetings with customers and potential customers to probe business and IT requirements, uncovering outsourced, managed services, and project-based engagements. You will also create statements of work (SOWs) and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) on both a proactive and reactive basis. The Solutions Director role is an individual contributor, pre-sales hunter with an incentive-based compensation plan including base salary plus commissions.
Additionally, you will:
- Create and execute strategic and tactical plans to drive new sales opportunities and build relationships with key executives to gain insights and develop leads
- Leverage company and personal networks to engage and develop trusted relationships with client decision makers and technical team leadership to promote IT architectural concepts and solutions
- Partner closely with the sales team in following up after proposals have been submitted, and assist in tasks related to contract award activities to include negotiating project pricing, deliverables, and contract terms and conditions
- Create and deliver client presentations to support business pursuit and capture
- Assist in the content creation and execution of solutions marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Lead the effort to define Aditi's core solutions offerings and contribute to the creation of marketing and training content to promote approved offerings including Digital Engineering Services, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Managed Support
- Coach and educate the sales team on technical concepts and implementation approaches
- Demonstrated experience selling technology projects and services, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- More than 8 years of experience and a demonstrated technical proficiency in a wide array of technologies, including (but not limited to): software development and maintenance technologies, databases, cloud technologies, security, infrastructure support, and data-driven intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field of study
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Active and leverageable network of potential client relationships
- Ability to interact well with customers at all levels within the organization, from first-line technical to C-level personas
- Excellent writing skills and experience generating proposals
- Expertise within at least one of the vertical markets in which Resolvit does business, and good relationships within that vertical market segment
- Master of Business Administration degree
- Technical background in delivering software development and/or other technology and business management project implementations
- Experience deploying and managing distributed software teams across onshore, near-shore, and offshore locations is highly desirable
- Willing and able to travel up to 30%
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $125,000- $165,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
