Are you a Catering Chef looking for you next big role!
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a catering focused Sous Chef for a high profile client in Brentwood, TN. The Sous Chef will be responsible for all things related to catering production at the location. The ideal candidate will have fine dining and high volume catering experience.
This Sous Chef will work primarily Monday through Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM schedule with evenings based on events.
The Sous Chef will oversee the catering food production for our corporate clients. The Sous Chef duties will include but not limited to:
- Menu planning
- Ordering
- Inventory
- Food and Labor cost
- Hands on about 100% of the time
- Heavy Catering
