Are you passionate about culinary excellence and ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic team and help elevate our kitchen operations to the next level.
The Role
As the second-in-command in our kitchen, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and standards. Your primary duties include:
- Collaborating with the Head Chef on innovative menu development, ensuring a perfect balance of flavor and presentation to delight our guests.
- Leading kitchen operations, exercising your exceptional culinary skills to consistently produce high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork that maintains our high standards of service and food quality.
- Managing inventory effectively to support menu planning and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Contributing to a safe and efficient kitchen environment through the proactive maintenance of equipment and adherence to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations experience and 1+ years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours) and stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week.
