Some of your responsibilities:

• Work with the back-of-house team to ensure the staff is trained and understands the culinary program.
• Participate in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals.
• Ensure proper staffing in the kitchen.
• Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
• Lead and engage staff in the expectations for hospitality excellence.
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Be hands-on and assist where always needed.

Experience must-haves:

• Current Sous Chef experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
• Excellent industry tenure and references.
• A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
• Professional and kind personality.
• Strong knowledge of current culinary trends.
• Natural ability to lead a professional team.
• Hands-on with the kitchen team
• Ability to multitask.
