JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
* Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
* Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
* Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
* Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
* Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
* Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
* Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
* Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand
* Provide visionary, strategic and functional leadership on behalf of finance and accounting across the organization, in accordance with strategic objectives.
* Actively serve as a key member of the hotel leadership team.
* Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
* Five (5) years of accounting management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
* Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Leadership and team management experience
* Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies
