Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in New Brunswick, NJ is currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Legal Assistant / Pharma Industry
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: New Brunswick, NJ
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
Legal Records Project Contractor to provide support to GLO Information Services by assisting with the conversion preparation of legal documents.
This includes, but is not limited to, researching, identifying, and categorizing legal records by sector, scanning the documents, data entry, vendor communication, and proofing digital copies.
This project is expected to be completed within 8-12 months.
We are looking for a team player that thinks analytically, exercises good judgment, and respects confidentiality.
The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to independently handle multiple priorities and shifting demands.
They must also possess a high attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies within the scanned documents.
Required Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in:
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Strong typing/data entry skills
Strong research and organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree
Microsoft Teams
Zoom
IManage
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
