Learning Experience Designer Contractor
The Learning Experience Designer will apply instructional design principles, best practices, and creativity to develop a variety of learning resources to enable industry leading approach for training for Scientific Affairs and Medical Affairs. This includes stakeholder management, content development, project management, learning effectiveness and process efficiency measures, oversight of curricula maintenance and learner engagement.
Principal Responsibilities:
" Design, develop, deliver, and update learning resources such as e-learning courses, blended learning programs, videos, infographics, job aids, instructor/participant guides, instructor-led courses, webinars and on-demand content.
" Synthesize and translate technical information into clear, effective, and engaging learning resources.
" Continuously review and revise learning resources to incorporate feedback and keep content current and fresh.
" Provide day to day learning support for JSAMA business functions (ie, Medical Information and Value and Evidence Scientific Exchange teams)
" All other duties, as applicable
Principal Relationships:
Contacts in the organization: JSAMA trainers and training roles, JSAMA Leadership Teams, specifically Medical Information Communication Channels, Medical Information and Knowledge Integration, Value and Evidence Scientific Engagement field and in-house, Real World Analytics and Alliances, MSL field directors, Business Quality DLM and other JSA and MA colleagues, and representatives from other Learning and Development organizations
Education and Experience Requirements:
" BA/BS (required) ideally in instructional design, training, instructional technology, or education. MA/MS in instructional design or a related field of study preferred.
" A minimum 3 years of business experience working in education and/or design and development is required.
" Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
" Experience with one or more of the following training delivery methods is required: e-learning, virtual, or mobile. Awareness of the ADDIE model, Learning Management Systems and SCORM standards preferred.
" Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs is preferred.
" Ability to apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles in the design and development of blended learning approaches and solutions is preferred
" Tools: Articulate, Storyline360, Canva, Davini, Adobe illustrator, Client Office Tools
