Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Specialist, Central Scheduling to be responsible for a large volume of inbound calls related to scheduling and registration

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for interaction with patients telephonically
Handle accurately and timely high volume of incoming calls
Provide effective patient education by explaining processes and forms for the online registration process
Work with multiple computer software systems
Enter patient data accurately and effectively into the various software programs
Keep patient information confidential and adhere to HIPPA standards
Ensures efficient and prompt service delivery
Collects and enters all necessary demographic and insurance information from patients or responsible parties
Qualifications & Requirements:Telephonic experience within Healthcare / Medical Industry
Prior Scheduling and Administrative experience
