Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- Ten (10) years of experience developing of lesson plans and on-the-job training materials
- Demonstrated experience providing formal training courses and classes for Information Technology (IT) Systems
- Demonstrated experience providing on-the-job training
- Demonstrated experience providing Periods of Instructions (PoIs) on existing or newly created systems
- Possess a current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Knowledge of Individual Training Standards (ITS)
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Candidate with prior active-duty military experience
- Instructor Certification such as CTT, Military Instructor Certification, Formal School Instructors Course, etc.
- Ten (10) years- experience supporting DoD or Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Programs
- Demonstrated experience with curriculum development for DoD Program of Record (PoR) systems
- Demonstrated experience providing on the job training for DoD PoR Systems
- Demonstrated experience creating formal training courses for DoD projects and Program of Record (PoR) Systems
- Thorough understanding of NSWC operations
- Analyzes and determines technical training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs for selected groups to meet training needs and problems
- Ensures consistent application of training standards
- Plans, evaluates, organizes, and develops training curricula and materials to meet specific training needs
- Supervises or conducts special courses designed for training selected groups of organization employees. May facilitate training during introduction of new courses
- Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner-s satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance
- Administers improvements or changes to training programs to improve on the programs- effectiveness
- Provides instruction and guidance to trainers; typically provides leadership and technical direction for a project team
- Seeks new business opportunities in related technical areas. Identifies new customers and/or develops additional tasking with existing customers
- Provides technical training to government and/or contractor personnel to support current and new prototyping capabilities
