Specification Engineer - Electrical Products - Electrical Career Specialists, Inc

We're looking for a REMOTE Specification Engineer to help in creating additional visibility in the power grid or building/construction sectors. You'll have the chance to contribute to innovative solutions and drive product line growth. You'll travel ~50% to various U.S. sites and trade shows. You'll need a background in electrical engineering, strong analytical skills, and electrical products knowledge.

Here's what you'll be doing:

- Collaborating closely with the sales team to expand our market and support building or utility and renewable products.

- Building product awareness, supporting new product development, and representing the company at industry events.

- Identifying training needs, providing guidance, and working with the engineering team to refine products.

- Preparing and presenting technical materials to establish expertise in the power industry.

- Conducting market research to enhance product reception.

Here's what you need:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in engineering/designing electrical systems in utilities, energy, or construction/building sectors.

- Familiarity with specific tools and standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

- MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE US.
