Phaxis is partnering with a school district near Lebanon, OR to hire a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work for the school year.

SLPA Job Information:

• Candidate caseload preference or experience will be considered
• 1-2 school locations
• Full-time preferred, part-time candidates can be considered.

SLPA Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Oregon SLPA License
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Ability to commute to the Lebanon, OR area
