As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in Early Intervention you will be responsible for providing home and community based early intervention services to children birth to three. You will partner with parents/caregivers to ensure services are specifically addressing the priorities identified by the family.
Join our transdisciplinary team providing home-based assessment, treatment, support and education services to families with children birth to 3 years of age in Cape Ann. Training is offered to those new to the field or new to the home health setting. You'll be part of a team with access to other therapists, clinical managers and support staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide Speech Language Pathologist services in a home/community
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Assess clients using a variety of tools, assess client's home and other environments and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities
- Provide intervention in the form of direct therapy (group or individual), consultation, monitoring, and/or written programs
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and procedures related to privacy
- Complete professional documentation according to Aspire and DPH procedures

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution
- Ability to independently organize, manage and prioritize tasks including; clinical caseload, ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team
- Computer Skills: Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs and Database Management
- Must be able to lift and move children up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
