New York City Location:
Positions are available throughout Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island boroughs.
Come and join a team of passionate therapists providing excellent pediatric therapy. We specialize in conducting evaluations and providing ongoing services in homes, community, and clinic settings. Achieve Beyond is centered around a culture of collaboration and support, to ensure our services are of the highest quality and adhere to our strong ethical standards. We currently offer ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, and Physical therapy as well as Special Education/SEIT services. We serve children and families in the metro New York area (all 5 boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley, Long Island and Albany), Virginia/DC area, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware.

LOCATION: Positions throughout the Five Boroughs of New York City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Administer evaluations in home and/or school based settings
+ Write comprehensive evaluation reports and submit them in a timely manner
+ Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need
+ Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child
+ Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists!
+ NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
+ Experience administering the PLS 5 and Rosetti
+ Bilingual Spanish a plus
+ Experience evaluating children birth - five years old a plus
+ EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings
+ Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
+ The ability to climb and descend staircases
+ The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
+ The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods
$135-$190 per evaluation
