Position Overview:
- A Speech and Language Therapist to provide individual speech/language assessments for identified customer and to provide follow up services as needed.
- The role would include documenting the services provided on-site at the facility in the medical chart, completing individual assessments, group interventions, and providing staff education.
- Speech/Language evaluation by licensed SLP, recommendations and follow up on IEP related speech therapy interventions/plans, as indicated.
Qualifications:
- Speech and Language Pathologist Credentials: Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
