Job Title: Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist

General Responsibilities: The Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist supports students with communication challenges by diagnosing needs and developing individualized instructional programs. This role includes maintaining a caseload aligned with State recommendations and coordinating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for success in both special and regular education classrooms.

Specific Duties:
- Assess students referred for communicative development
- Provide remediation through individual and small group instruction
- Consult with school personnel and parents on student needs
- Maintain records and stay updated on regulations

Qualifications: State-required credentials for California public schools.
