This position requires the need for a fully certified/fully credentialed SLP to provide services to our families/community.
Imua Family Services is looking for Speech Language Pathologists to become a part of our team. This position will provide comprehensive Speech Language therapy services designed to focus on sensory motor function through enhancement of musculoskeletal status, neurobehavioral organization, perceptual and motor development, cardiopulmonary status, and effective environmental adaptation. This position also provides speech/language therapy consultation to programs as well as support and services for children (0-8) in their natural environments for children and families with developmental delays. Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in communication disorders from an accredited college/university required.
- Pediatric experience with birth to eight populations is preferred.
- Holds a current Hawaii state license in Speech Language Pathology or able to obtain one by first day of employment.
Salary commensurate with experience.

This position is responsible for the provision of family-centered culturally competent speech language pathology services for children and their families, birth to age eight with typical development and developmental delays. This position provides interim and on-going care coordination services to families receiving services from Imua Family Services. The individual compiles information and the data necessary for programming and for accurate reports and billing to the Department of Health, Medicare medical insurance, and various funding sources. Essential duties and responsibilities also include providing information to other professionals and the community as well as conducting other clerical work and administrative duties as required.
