Eagleview Health and Rehab is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team!!

Duties Include:

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
• 1 year Sub-acute and Long term care experience required
