About the Job
General job duties. Types of procedures required.
a. NICU coverage for swallowing/feeding issues
b. infant swallowing treatment
c. pediatric general treatment sessions and evaluations
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Meditech for scheduling and documentation
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Prefer prior NICU experience and infant swallowing treatments
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BLS, CCC
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends
required?)
Employee will work alone at times. M-F 8 hour days or 4- 10 hour days. Weekends not required
6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
no float to other departments but will treat patients in OP and NICU
7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.

8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
9. Dress Code:
scrubs or business casual
